Noah’s Too was the inspiration of Mark and Mary Jo, owners of Noah’s Bark Doggy Day Care on Kenny Road in Columbus, Ohio. After retiring from the U.S. Navy, Mark worked with a canine partner while in law enforcement. Knowing his deep love of dogs, Mary Jo gave him a yellow Lab (Chance) and together they opened Noah’s Bark in
September 2004.
Chewy, their black Lab, started coming to Day Care as a puppy. When he was three months old, his owners needed to find a new home for him and he’s been part of their family ever since. The “boys” go everywhere with them, even on vacation!
Mark is an active member of the Pet Care Services Association (PCSA formerly ABKA) and sits on their Ethics Committee. He assisted in drafting the association standards for dog Day Care facilities nationwide. Mark is also a member of the North American Dog Day Care Association (NADDA).
Noah’s staff is required to become certified through the PCSA as Pet Care Technicians (PCT). They continue to receive additional training and are encouraged to attain further certifications offered by the PCSA and other professional organizations.
We look forward to pampering your pet and treating them like part of the family.
