APPLICATIONDogs are scheduled for an evaluation prior to being accepted into any of our programs. This assessment helps to ensure that only non-aggressive and non-disruptive dogs are allowed into our play groups. This requires about a half hour visit. During this time we interview your dog and you so that we can better place them into a play group that matches their needs.
Before bringing your dog(s) to Noah’s Too, parents (owners) must complete an application. This application is required for your pet’s safety, the safety of our other guests as well as our staff.
It is easy to complete. Simply CLICK HERE to download the application. After completing the form, please print it and bring it to your scheduled assessment appointment.
Assessments are conducted by appointment Monday through Friday. Please call (614-855-7100) to schedule a convenient time for you and your dog(s) to visit. At that time, we also review your application, verify the vaccination records and discuss day camp as well as answer your questions.
